SUMMER REVIEW: BEAUTIFUL NEW WEBSITES FOR SIX YORKSHIRE CLIENTS

It’s been a busy few months here at it’seeze York! But summer’s always a good time to take stock and reflect on business. So we’re pleased to present some of the brilliant websites that have recently gone live for clients in and around Yorkshire. Check them out below.
CleanPaq (max package)
CleanPaq is a new recruitment agency based in Leeds. It specialises in sourcing and placing the best industrial, warehouse and cleaning operatives into businesses across Yorkshire. The talent on the company’s books includes delivery and forklift drivers, quality control personnel, inventory control specialists and picking/packing teams.
As a startup, there wasn’t a website already in existence, so it’seeze was tasked with creating an online presence from scratch. It needed to attract both clients and candidates, and we achieved this by designing two separate user flows that tell each audience what to do next. The design itself is smart, streamlined and professional to reflect CleanPaq’s brand voice.

CiCi Communications (max package)
CiCi Communications provides a range of business communications and IT services to businesses nationally and internationally. The company offers mobile solutions, connectivity solutions, Unified Communications, Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) and IT management services.
Although CiCi Communications has been operating for some time, no website existed. We designed a professional and credible site to convey the company’s expertise and experience, with clear calls to action to generate more enquiries.
Linley Properties (plus package)
A small but well-established family-run business, Linley Properties is a lettings agency based in Leeds. The company has a loyal customer base but wanted to expand to attract new landlords. Having previously won business through word-of-mouth, the agency decided the time was right to move online to showcase their unique tailored approach and why landlords should let their properties with Linley’s.
The key aim of the website was to attract new business. It needed to be professional and provide a clear first impression – not just for landlords (the primary target) but also for tenants using the website to report property issues.
Sand Communications (max package)
Based in Harrogate, Sand Communications provides a range of telecoms, IT solutions and energy services. They operate as a direct supplier and partner and also assist other IT companies with their comms solutions. Sand Communications has a nationwide B2B audience and targets businesses that haven’t had a great experience with their existing telecoms company.
We created a new, up-to-date website to give Sand Communications further credibility and help generate more leads and new business. The design is modern, clean and clearly explains the services available.
NRG Process (plus package)
NRG Process (formerly CDLC Consulting) is an engineering and energy consultancy business for companies in the gas, oil and renewable industries. As a contractor, our client needed a website to meet the legal requirements of IR35 (off-payroll working) and to promote his business online.
We designed a website to tie in with our client’s rebrand of the company name, using bold imagery and a green and orange colour palette to convey the concept of heat, light and renewable, natural energy sources.

Hungry Mind Lab (lite package)
The Hungry Mind Lab is a research group based at the University of York. We were asked to create an informative yet simple website that showcased the projects the team (six quantitative empirical scientists) are working on. The target audience for the site includes visitors to talks and conferences held by the group, plus project funders who can refer to information from the ongoing research.
Being an educational brochure website, we kept the design minimalistic but eye-catching, making it easy to navigate the group’s current projects and learn more about the team. We included interactive elements, such as images appearing when hovering over call-to-action boxes.
