QTR 4 REVIEW: SIX NEW WEBSITES UNDER THE SPOTLIGHT

From October through December, we were busy creating beautiful websites for clients in York, Wetherby, Dunnington, and even all the way up to Redcar. We’ve selected six of the best to give you an idea of what to expect from our different web design packages. Here they are below.
Rudding Spire Commercial Finance Ltd (plus website design package)
Based near York, Rudding Spire provides commercial and business finance services to clients all over the UK. They specialise in serving the rural economy – the agriculture, equestrian, building development and buy-to-let sectors.
The client already had a WordPress website in existence but felt it was impersonal and text-heavy. We were tasked with developing a new website that not only dealt with these issues but also looked professional and added credibility to the client’s business. The site also features a prominent call-to-action to encourage visitors to get in touch for any enquiries.

Holmes Joinery & Manufacturing Co Ltd (plus website design package)
Holmes Joinery & Manufacturing is a Redcar-based business that specialises in bespoke, hand-made fire doors for commercial buildings, including universities and hospitals. When the company came into new ownership, it was decided that the website needed to convey a more professional and process-driven approach and have a stronger focus on branding.
The completed website features a stylish and interactive design, with clear navigation and a banner video on the homepage that showcases the quality of craftsmanship. The site now forms the foundation for the client’s marketing activity.

Our client is the owner of a Yorkshire-based commercial and wedding photography business. He required two websites to showcase and promote his services to different audiences. The new websites were needed to deliver a cleaner look, with refreshed branding, and improve organic SEO rankings in search engines.
The wedding photography website (see main image at the top of the page) needed to reflect the client’s relaxed, natural photography style and display the type of weddings the client works on (countryside/rural). In contrast, we approached the commercial website (above) with a design that speaks to corporates while drawing attention to the client’s specialist areas – interior and architectural photography, promotional photography for schools and event photography.

Cooper Electrical Services (Northern) Ltd (plus website design package)
Based in Dunnington, Cooper Electrical Services (CES) is an electrical firm, working with mainly domestic customers across York and the surrounding areas. The client also does some commercial work, including inspection and testing services for landlords and is now heavily focused on moving into the electric vehicle (EV) charging market.
The new website has been designed to bring an up-to-date online presence to the business and generate more enquiries for CES. The navigation also clearly displays the three key customer offerings – EV charging, domestic and commercial.

The Tree Doctor (plus website design package)
The Tree Doctor specialises in tree felling, dismantling, reductions, reshaping, pruning, hedging, planting and stump removal for domestic clients. The business operates in Wetherby and the surrounding areas, such as Tadcaster, Boston Spa, Collingham and Harrogate.
The Tree Doctor is often fully booked months ahead, and although there was no urgent need to generate enquiries, it was essential to develop an online presence for brand awareness. We created a distinct and streamlined brochure design that provides all the information a client needs when choosing an arborist.
