Since the beginning of the year, we’ve been incredibly busy working on various websites for clients in York, Leeds and surrounding areas. Each project came with a unique brief and certain challenges to tackle. Here are some examples of the clients we've helped during this time...
Empire Developments (Max website design package)
Empire Developments is a kitchen and bathroom installation company based in Leeds. It’s a well-established business, and as such, already had a website in existence. However, our client wanted to update and add new information to the site and improve its overall security.
We took over the existing website, updated it with new information, added an extra page, and ensured the security was up to it’seeze’s exacting standards. We supported the client with training to enable him to update the website himself going forwards.

My Property Solutions (Max website design package)
A family-run business, My Property Solutions specialises in property sourcing, refurbishments, lettings and management for passive investors. The company had initially been operating in a niche, working with NHS professionals, but wanted to expand its services to a broader audience.
The existing website was slow loading, and the content needed improving and updating to provide a clearer message. The site didn’t perform well in terms of generating enquiries.
Through the new design, we needed to show that My Property Solutions is an investment package and clearly explain how people can partner with them while reinforcing the business’s roots (being family-run and showcasing previous projects). We also added a prominent call-to-action (CTA), linking to Calendly to encourage visitors to book a chat.

The Bicycle Clinic (Plus website design package)
The Bicycle Clinic offers custom bicycle builds, repairs, servicing, maintenance, restoration and the supply and fitting of parts for cyclists in Boroughbridge, Knaresborough, Easingwold, Thirsk and York.
The business already had a diverse customer base of hobbyist cyclists (who tend to own budget-friendly bikes) and keen cycling enthusiasts (whose bikes are likely worth thousands of pounds). The business is hoping to attract more of these ‘high-end’ customers.
We created a new design with a professional and premium feel to attract a higher level of cyclist. We were also mindful of letting the design ‘speak’ to hobbyist cyclists too, so they wouldn’t be put off.
The Riverside York (Max website design package)
The Riverside York is a unique luxury accommodation based in the heart of historic York. It’s a three-storey Victorian townhouse and ground-floor apartment that serves as an impressive base for tourists and holidaymakers to explore and enjoy the local sights and attractions.
Being more than ten years old, the original website was clunky, slow loading, and lacked security. The client wanted a change, although they were happy with their design’s overall look and feel.
We gave the website the refresh required, including clearer prompts to book to help improve the customer experience.

Your Office Angels is a startup based in York that offers a range of Virtual Assistant services, including workflow management, bookkeeping, website copywriting and event management. The target audience is time-strapped small businesses, such as busy tradespeople.
We created a professional online presence to help Your Office Angels establish credibility, communicate the services offered and provide a straightforward way for potential customers to get in touch.
Front Row Support (Max website design package)
Another new business, Front Row Support is a Leeds-based outsourced business development service for companies in the B2B sector. The firm’s ethos is to help people succeed through a bespoke approach for each business – whether that’s lead generation, coaching, training, networking – or even closing a sale.
We created a website to provide Front Row Support with a professional presence, to give visitors an idea of how the service works and to generate enquiries for discovery meetings.
